The Massachusetts Opioid Abuse Prevention Collaborative (MOAPC) is dedicated to educating communities about opioid misuse and overdose prevention in the Greater Lowell area.
Members of this collaborative include the communities of Dracut, Chelmsford, Billerica, Tewksbury, Westford and Wilmington, as well as Lowell.

Join us at the Tewksbury Library on March 7th (snow date march 13th) and Lowell General Hospital March 14th to learn about depression in teens, how you can help them, and how you can talk about depression with teens, parents and school personnel. Depression in teens can lead to "self medication" beginning the journey into substance abuse.
