The Massachusetts Opioid Abuse Prevention Collaborative (MOAPC) is dedicated to educating communities about opioid misuse and overdose prevention in the Greater Lowell area.

The Substance Use and Prevention Collaborative (SAPC) is dedicated to providing prevention methods to our youth for underage drinking and other drug use. 

Members of these collaboratives include the communities of Dracut, Chelmsford, Billerica, Tewksbury, Westford and Wilmington, as well as Lowell.

The Town of Chelmsford is having an upcoming program "Understanding Anxiety and Depression in Today's Teens" on Thursday, March 23, 2017 with guest speaker Dr. Daniel W. Rosa who is a Clinical Psychologist at Chelmsford High School.  The program will begin at 7:00PM in the Performing Art Center (PAC) located at Chelmsford High School 200 Richardson Road in Chelmsford.  Please join us.
