The Massachusetts Opioid Abuse Prevention Collaborative (MOAPC) is dedicated to educating communities about opioid misuse and overdose prevention in the Greater Lowell area.

Members of this collaborative include the communities of Dracut, Chelmsford, Billerica, Tewksbury, Westford and Wilmington, as well as Lowell.
