Prevention Partners of Northern Middlesex (PPNM)

The Town of Billerica is a part of the Prevention Partners of Northern Middlesex (PPNM). The Prevention Partners of Northern Middlesex (PPNM) is a collaboration of eight communities who work closely together to help reduce substance misuse with specific intentions for youth under the age of 18. Each community is a part of MassCALL3-Greater Lowell (MC3-GL. The Massachusetts Collaborative for Action, Leadership, and Learning 3 (MassCALL3) grant initiative is a grant cycle that builds upon successes of previous prevention efforts and concentrates on substances of first use (alcohol, cannabis, and nicotine) through a trauma-informed health equity lens in our youth. Referred to as MassCall3, these efforts involve these eight communities, with the Town of Tewksbury being the lead.
