Have your voice heard! Youth input needed

This is a follow-up survey for youth between the ages of 12 and 24. The PPNM took the top 10 “issues” that youth have concerns with and turned it into a multiple choice survey. The results will be used to create messaging to use over the summer to keep prevention, mental health, and what youth NEED to hear going. This survey is confidential and will not identify any participants.
